If you have been following Bend the Arc’s work in California, you know that we are working to pass landmark reforms that move the needle on key issues of racial and economic justice. But how do these issues fit into Bend the Arc’s national priorities? What other social justice issues is Bend the Arc working on at a national level? And how can the voices of our leaders in Southern California be heard in our nation’s capital?

On May 28th, Arielle Gingold, our Associate Director of Bend the Arc Jewish Action—one of our chief advocates in Washington, D.C.—is coming to Los Angeles to take us all on a deep dive into Bend the Arc’s federal advocacy. Arielle will share insider stories on how Bend the Arc is directly impacting the issues we care most about and the elected officials who drive our national policy. We’ll also discuss how we can be part of this growth and power-building on the ground in LA—and why our voices and our activism are so important. Join us for a unique opportunity to hear how our local organizing and federal advocacy can build national power on the issues that we care about, including economic and racial justice, immigration reform, LGBTQ equality and voting rights.

Will you come?
